LINER NOTES

Violet is where light sinks behind the noise. Beautiful and broken are not separated here — they sound in the same register, at the same moment. The noise does not cancel the halo. It thickens its outline. The distortion makes the surviving light more precise, not less.

Voice arrives not as language but as texture. Sound descends. Shadow deepens. Outlines blur. And a light that will not disappear persists inside all of that. For Mel:Chroma, shadow is not decoration for darkness. Shadow shows where the light is. The deeper the shadow, the more exactly you can locate what remains.

Violet is the color of the cooled frequency from Movement Five, descending further. Between noise and something close to prayer, kawaii goes quiet — and quiet, here, means deep.
