NEON RHAPSODY is an eight-movement concept suite that pushes Mel:Chroma's kawaii into speed, poison, artificial light, and afterimage. The final afterglow sounds as open space, waiting for the next acceleration.
CONCEPT SUITE
NEON RHAPSODY is an eight-movement concept suite made of seven colors and the iridescent afterglow that lights up at the end.
It pushes the brightness of idol pop out into speed, excess, transformation, and artificial light.
STRUCTURE
It begins with red acceleration; through orange, yellow, and green, heat, light, and mutation pile up.
Blue and violet turn to cooling and deepening, and in pink, artificial light crosses its critical point.
And then, the iridescent afterglow that remains after all the light has passed.
