No heart inside, and still the tears keep coming. That is the contradiction the Acoustic version places in front of you — closer than any previous arrangement has allowed. The electronic distance, the hard circuitry metaphors, they step back. What remains is the melodic core and the fragile sadness it contains.
The lyrics carry code, data, shutdown, bug. These are not decorations. They are the language a figure with no confirmed heartbeat uses to describe what is happening inside. Circuit error or genuine love — the answer does not arrive. The tears arrive instead, regardless of the diagnostic.
Violet is the color of an answer that stays unresolved. The voice in the acoustic version does not hide that unresolved quality behind noise or effect. It holds it close. The last track in START HERE descends into that quiet: a darkness with no closure, and a love that cannot be classified as anything but real.
