“I know you, I know me” is a song about an idol coming to know herself by being found by someone. Standing on a stage doesn't mean she can see her own outline from the start. Because someone waves back, a song that couldn't yet become a voice slowly takes shape.
“Knowing you” in this song isn't only about understanding the other person. It means knowing herself as an idol through your gaze, and finding the self beneath that, too. Red glows here less as the color of strength than as the color of an outline that rises by being seen.
